  • Crushed green cardamom pod-1 (optional)
  • Cinnamon stick- 1 small (optional)
The curcimin absorption is improved by the oil and the pepper. First, warm the milk and add the cinnamon and the cardamom. Next, add the coconut oil, honey, pepper and the turmeric. Stir all the time and heat the mixture, but make sure it does not reach boiling point. Strain it and you have a prepared drink.
